  • Saturday: Concert Call Time: 2:30pm - Sit in reserved seating area

T-Shirt Distribution

• Takes place on Friday evening, in the auditorium. Shirts will be laid out by size, with individual school lists available for each director.​

Meals

• Friday afternoon lunch

  • Approx. 12pm - MS & HS meal times will be staggered - All Directors are responsible for supervising students during lunch 

  • Students will eat just outside of the auditorium

• Friday dinner with clinician, post-concert​
